For Howard County* destinations, we will be parked on the inner curb at 2 locations:
. . . . . 1. Pier C (also known as Door 11 or Baggage Claim area 10)
. . . . . 2. Southwest baggage claim
*Includes such areas as Columbia, Clarksville, Elkridge, Ellicott City, Fulton, Highland, Laurel, Savage
For all other Maryland (& also, Virginia & Washington DC) destinations, crossover to the 2nd curb directly in front of your baggage claim area.
At Ronald Reagan National (DCA Airport)
Walk outside. Look for us directly in front of your baggage claim area. Please note: if a
2nd curb is in front of you, crossover to it and look for us there. You can update us by calling
1-800-776-0323 too.
AT Dulles International (IAD Airport)
From baggage claim, walk down ramp and outside. Cross over to curb 2B. Then, cross over
to the big parking lot. We're parked at the light pole marked 6&7. You can also update us by
calling 1-800-776-0323.
At your hotel, workplace or home (Departure point)
Look for us parked in front of your location approximately 2 to 5 minutes before scheduled departure time. Please call 1-800-776-0323, if you do not see the van at this time. Our dispatcher will reach the driver via 2 way radio communication to secure your pick up.
